Book a private appointment at our office via our Booking Link and enjoy a personalised try-on session without the snaking queues to fitting rooms or cashier. With your favourites prepared in advance, it’s a smooth, stress-free way to shop. As some styles are stored off-site, we’re unable to accept walk-ins, so please book at least one day ahead.
Each 1-hour slot is exclusively yours for a comfy, stress-free try-on. Bringing your bestie for a matching-fit moment? Simply reserve an extra slot so we can take good care of you both perfectly. To ensure we have your favorite pieces ready, please book an appointment via our Booking Linkbefore visiting. As some styles are stored in a different warehouse, we're unable to accommodate walk-ins. Appointments must be made at least one day in advance.To keep things smooth and fair for everyone, we've introduced a small booking fee of S$10 to prevent no shows and ensure our team is fully prepared. This amount is fully redeemable against your purchases during your visit in the form of a gift card. Upon booking, you'll receive an automated confirmation email from notifications@cal.hitpayapp.com.

How do I pay for my picks during the try-on?
You can log into your SaturdayClub account and check out with all available payment methods.
I changed my mind, can I get a refund for my ticket? What happens if I am late or missed my slot?All ticket sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable if you miss your appointment. However, we get that plans can change. You can reschedule your time slot up to 24 hours in advance (subject to availability). Just check the calendar on the booking link before making any changes. If you're running late, no worries—you can still enjoy the remaining time in your booked slot. We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 30 minutes before your scheduled time for registration.
Are the items selected in the booking form be reserved?
Unfortunately we are unable to reserve selected stocks in advance. All stocks will be available on a first-come, first served basis. At the same time, we are working hand in hand with our developer team to improve this feature for reservation of stocks in the near future.
